I was born and raised in Greenville and have lived here my entire life. I have been in financing and banking for 40 years handling consumer and residential lending, commercial lending and development, residential construction and development, and acquisition and development for residential subdivisions. I have been blessed to make some of my clients and friends their first loans to buy their homes—even making some of their children their first home loans. I have worked through numerous economic downturns and booms, but through all of it, I have never seen a bad time to buy a home in Upstate SC.

I am a Clemson football fanatic and love spending time watching games with friends or spending my Saturdays in Death Valley. My wife Lynn and I have been married 42 years and “Yes” everyone thinks she deserves a trophy for this accomplishment. My Sundays are spent teaching children’s classes with Lynn and having the blessing and joy of also leading children’s church. We have two beautiful daughters, Amanda & BB, and two fantastic sons-in-law, Matt and Trysten, and our sweet granddaughter, Ellie. Our other boys are our two St. Bernards, Sir Duke and Samson.
